1) Courier Delivery Time
We provide worldwide air mail delivery services, including Standard, Fast, and Express shipping options.

2) Order Processing Time
General Items

General order processing time is 3–5 business days, during which we perform quality checks, packaging, shipping label preparation, and handoff to our logistics partners.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information and delivery updates by email.
Peak Season Notice:
During promotional periods or high-volume sales events, processing and delivery times may be extended. In such cases, delivery may take 14–20 business days.
Handmade Items (If Applicable)
To ensure quality craftsmanship and material integrity, handmade items may require additional preparation time.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for production and processing before shipment.
3) Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
As a general guideline, if you do not contact us within 5 hours of placing your order, cancellation may no longer be possible.

4) Return Notice (Shipping-Related)
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with photos and your order number.
If the product and packaging are undamaged, we offer return and refund service in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
